Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a retail storefront and administrative dashboard account on Stallpro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Stallpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of standard trade rules or in-store cashier guidelines.

2. SaaS Subscription Mappings

Stallpro operates under three distinct monthly and annual subscription plan limits:

  • Starter Plan (₦4,500/month): Supports a max capacity of 15 products. Restricts access to solo operations with exactly zero (0) staff slot accounts. Platform split fee commission is set at 1.0%.
  • Growth Plan (₦12,000/month): Supports a max capacity of 150 products, custom domains, and up to five (5) Cashier/Manager staff slot accounts. Platform split fee commission is set at 0.5%.
  • Pro Plan (₦35,000/month): Supports unlimited product cataloging, multi-store logistics (up to 3 physical branches), and ten (10) Cashier/Manager staff slot accounts. Platform split fee commission is set at 0.0%.

3. Trial Period, Billing & Cancellations

Stallpro offers a 7-day free trial for new merchant signups with zero credit card credentials required. Upon expiration, merchants must initialize an NGN Paystack billing checkout transaction to activate their plans. Subscription billing runs continuously on 30-day billing intervals. Active subscription updates are synchronized instantly using verified local callback verification pipelines and webhook dispatches.

4. Storefront Ownership & Merchant Content

Merchants retain absolute ownership over all images, logos, copy, and product catalog files loaded into their zero-code storefront builders. Stallpro coordinates hosting, storefront customization rendering, and stock activity logs. Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring products correspond to standard merchant guidelines and local trade rules.

5. Split Settlements & Payout Limits

All direct customer payments processed online or via Point of Sale checkouts are split automatically inside secure Paystack subaccount setups. Stallpro does not collect, hold, or manually dispatch merchant earnings. Split payouts are settled directly into the merchant's recorded bank credentials (such as GTBank, OPay, GTCo, etc.) on the next business day (T+1 schedule). Stallpro is not liable for delayed payouts stemming from banking outages or network failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stallpro is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operational speed of digital storefront servers or stock transfer timelines. In no event shall Stallpro be liable for any direct or indirect commercial damages, including lost sales, inventory discrepancies, or cashier discrepancies logged inside movement history audit tables.
