1. Agreement to Terms
By creating a retail storefront and administrative dashboard account on Stallpro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Stallpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of standard trade rules or in-store cashier guidelines.
2. Subscription Plans
Stallpro offers a PAYE plan and three paid plans with different features and limits:
- PAYE Plan (₦0/month): Up to 30 active products. Only the store owner can log in (0 extra cashier accounts). Pays via 1.5% Paystack + 0.5% platform split transaction fee on online sales, and 0.1% on POS sales. Pay on Delivery & Cash tracking are disabled (Online checkout only).
- Starter Plan (₦2,500/month): Up to 50 active products. Only the store owner can log in (0 extra cashier accounts). Stallpro charges 0% transaction fees.
- Growth Plan (₦7,500/month): Up to 150 active products, custom domains, and up to 5 cashier accounts. Stallpro charges 0% transaction fees.
- Pro Plan (₦18,500/month): Unlimited products, multi-store tracking (up to 3 branches), and up to 10 cashier accounts. Stallpro charges 0% transaction fees.
3. Free Trial, Billing & Cancellations
Stallpro offers a 7-day free trial for new users. You do not need to enter a credit card to start. Once the trial ends, you must pay via Paystack to keep using the software. Billing is processed automatically on a monthly or annual cycle. Your account updates instantly once payment is completed.
4. Your Shop Content & Ownership
You own all your product images, logos, and details uploaded to your Stallpro store. We provide the hosting and system to display your online shop and track your sales. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you sell comply with our guidelines and local laws.
5. Direct Payouts & Schedules
All customer payments from your online store or cashier screen go directly through your automatically created Paystack sub-account. Stallpro never collects or holds your money. Payouts are sent directly to your bank account by Paystack according to their payout schedule (usually the next business day). Stallpro is not responsible for any delay caused by banks or Paystack networks.
6. Limits of Our Responsibility
Stallpro is provided "as is". While we do our best, we cannot guarantee the software will never experience minor service pauses. Stallpro is not responsible for any lost sales, stock discrepancies, or cashier errors logged in your history.
