Settlement Policies

Last Updated: June 1, 2026

1. Subaccount Split Architecture

Stallpro's payout system is built on **Paystack Multi-Tenant Split Payment Architecture**. When you initialize your store context, you input your bank details. Paystack immediately generates a linked subaccount. When customers make transactions on your online storefront or in-person POS checkouts:

  • The total order amount is received securely via the Paystack central payment gateway.
  • Paystack instantly splits the funds based on your subscription tier (Starter: 99.0% Merchant / 1.0% Platform Fee; Growth: 99.5% Merchant / 0.5% Platform Fee; Pro: 100% Merchant / 0.0% Platform Fee).
  • Your merchant split is immediately allocated directly to your dedicated subaccount balance.

2. Next-Day Direct Settlements (T+1 Schedule)

Stallpro enforces an automated **T+1 Next-Business-Day settlement pipeline**. Payout balances cleared on your subaccount are automatically transferred into your recorded bank details GTBank, OPay, Access Bank, Zenith, or local mobile wallets next morning. Payouts completed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are deposited automatically on Monday morning, in strict alignment with standard commercial banking settlement protocols.

3. Zero Manual Disbursement Holding

Stallpro does **not** collect, hold, pool, or manually dispatch merchant earnings on our servers. Funds are split dynamically at checkout by Paystack, guaranteeing absolute settlement transparency. Stallpro staff cannot lock, delay, or access your payout funds, ensuring complete security and ownership of your store revenue.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

If a merchant cancels a pending shopper order or issues a checkout product refund, the transaction status is logged inside the **Orders Activity Logs** and the **Movement Ledger** to preserve historical inventory audits. Refund settlements are processed directly via your Paystack dashboard panel, and matching ledger balancing adjustments are logged automatically.

5. Fee Mappings & Outages

Platform split commissions are set strictly by the subscription tier in your active billing panel. In the rare event of commercial banking network outages or gateway clearing failures, settlements will clear immediately upon service restoration under standard Paystack infrastructure rules.
