1. Information We Collect

Stallpro collects details from you when you set up your online store. This includes your shop name, contact email, and bank details. When customers buy from your online store or cashier screen, we collect the order info, products sold, total amount, and customer details to process the sale and update your stock.

2. How We Use Your Data

We only use your shop information to run your store. Specifically, this helps with:

  • Showing your custom store layouts, headers, and product groups.
  • Creating daily sales reports, graphs, and sending you low-stock alerts.
  • Updating your stock levels automatically whenever a sale is made.
  • Connecting your payment details to make sure you get paid correctly.

3. Payment & Settlement Security

Stallpro uses a direct payout system. All card payments and bank transfers are handled securely by Paystack via your automatically created sub-account. Stallpro never sees or saves your customers' card details or your bank passwords. Payments are validated securely by Paystack, who sends your earnings directly to your bank account.

4. Stock Tracking & Sales History

To keep your shop secure, Stallpro keeps a clean log of restocks, cashier adjustments, and stock transfers between your physical stores. These logs note the date and time, product, and the cashier who did the action. This history is for your own store records and is never shared or sold to advertisers.

5. Data Deletion & Account Control

You have full control over your shop's staff. You can add or remove cashiers at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription and ask us to delete your account, we will permanently delete all your products, customer lists, store layouts, and sales logs from our servers.

6. Legal & Regulatory Cooperation

All store operations must comply with commercial transaction laws. Stallpro cooperates with security regulators and our financial infrastructure partners to detect fraud and secure the integrity of merchant payments under standard national banking guidelines.
