1. Information We Collect
Stallpro collects information directly from merchants during store creation and storefront customizer setups. This includes your business name, contact email, and payout bank details. When customers purchase goods on your online storefront or POS checkout, we collect order transaction details, product SKUs, total amounts, and customer contact information to orchestrate proper catalog logistics.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your administrative data is used exclusively to facilitate storefront services. Specifically:
- Rendering your zero-code custom page headers, layouts, and collections.
- Generating daily gross revenue lists, live analytics charts, and low-stock alerts.
- Processing physical checkouts and inventory levels inside the stock ledgers.
- Routing Paystack subaccount setups to verify correct direct settlement logs.
3. Payment & Settlement Security
Stallpro operates under a secure split-settlement transaction architecture. All online credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers are processed directly by the **Paystack API gateway**. No raw card numbers or bank credentials touch or reside on Stallpro's databases. Paystack handles payment validation directly inside high-security PCI-DSS compliant channels, automatically distributing merchant splits to your bank details.
4. Stock Ledgers & Audit History
To maintain high operational security, Stallpro keeps immutable ledgers of catalog restocks, cashier POS adjustments, and stock transfers between physical branches. These activity logs contain timestamps, product IDs, and employee identifier numbers. This historical catalog ledger is strictly reserved for the merchant's internal administrative audit and is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
5. Data Deletion & Account Control
Merchants hold absolute control over their store administrative teams. You can add or revoke manager/cashier staff slots at any time. Should you choose to cancel your monthly subscription package (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and request account deletion, all product records, client lists, custom layouts, and logs will be permanently deleted from our live servers in compliance with digital retail guidelines.
6. Legal & Regulatory Cooperation
All store operations must comply with commercial transaction laws. Stallpro cooperates with security regulators and our financial infrastructure partners (Paystack) to detect fraud and secure the integrity of merchant split payments under standard national banking guidelines.
